Notes:  While the deep orange color on this coin has a little appeal, we would not consider this to be a toned coin.  If toning is a thin film then this coin was just left in some "stuff" that turned orange and then darker over time.  We would not have been surprised if this coin had "N" graded.

But the coin has some interesting features with reverse die cracks and some letter doubling, especially in the A's of HALF DOLLAR.

The strike probably earns the grade, but not the overall coin.
