Notes:  This coin has a lot going on and might very well have been a DDO/DDR at some point.  The date is doubled, although mostly on the surface of the numerals.  STONE MOUNTAIN is doubled on some letters at the bottom.

The obverse is also heavily repolished and polish lines show at the edges of some areas almost as a windswept look.  The fields at the rims also show a lot of polish lines.

The reverse is a real mess with the die starting to breakdown and exhibit a lot of pitting.  On the reverse many letters actually are poorly defined because of the excessive pitting.
