Notes:  This is a very difficult coin to evaluate because it has a lot of features, but also some damage.  There is a very slight doubling of the 25 in the date, but not enough to distinguish it from some strike doubling.  The detail on the coin looks about right for an MS65.

But the reverse has what is now becoming a familiar doubling of the F DO in the Legend.  But the eagle's breast has pretty good detail and the strike is full.

The coin also has the collapsed die issue at the legend on the reverse, as well as a little color.  But the color does not look to be toning but more like a foreign substance that attached itself during storage.

A difficult coin for sure!
