Notes:  Is this coin toned, yes.  Is this coin attractively toned, no.  We don't know the source of the color on the obverse of this coin but it is not toned in a manner that provides a consistent color.  Viewed under magnification the toning seems mottled and splotched.  However, the lettering is complete and seems full.  There are no die cracks that are visible through the color.

The reverse of the coin has die cracks along the eagle's head and left wing that are consistent with many other coins and show the same die weakness.  The Memorial is doubled on the right side as is often seen on these dies.
