Notes:  This coin is difficult to judge.  Just because of really bad eye appeal we probably would have dropped this coin a grade.  There are areas on both sides that show black, or terminal, toning.  The rest of the toning is not attractive and adds nothing to the grade.

With only 28 stars visible it would not indicate this is a good strike.  The one thing the coin has going for it is that it is a double die reverse with letters doubled on the bottom at the end of each row.
