Notes:  This is a nice example of a Fair 02 coin and might be approaching a Poor 01 on the reverse.  There is the right kind of wear and age to the coin to fit the grade based on the obverse.

A good indicator of the wear is the stars.  You really have to stretch on the reverse to even see part of one.  The obverse has more impressions of stars and if we did not know what and where they were we might rate it as only having 1 star visible.
