Notes:  This coin is somewhat rare in that it has no obverse die doubling.  There is a reverse die doubling on the words SOLDIER and SOUTH which is common with the DDR coins.

The strike is solid enough to merit the grade. but there are some distractions that hurt the eye appeal.  The reverse with 29 visible stars is good but not great and we really like to see a few more at this grade.
