Notes:  This is a coin we would give a split decision with the reverse definitely earning a grade AG03 or FR02.  But the obverse seems to have too much detail for either of those grades.

Jackson's eyes are barely visible and we like to see them worn away at this grade.  But averaging the two sides the grade might be right.
