Notes:  The detail in this coin and surface match up with the grade, but the coin has a number of interesting points.  This is a strong strike with all of the stars visible on both the obverse and reverse.  Lee's glove, leg, coat folds, and sword are all well struck.  The bridle where it crosses the holster is also in good shape.

Usually when we see a repolished die it is in the form of polish lines, and there are some evident at the top of Traveler's back just behind Lee's saddle.  But rarely do we see a die that has been repolished so much that the fields have become flat as they might on a regular issue coin.  But on this coin just below the horses' necks there is an overpolished area that is completely smooth.

The only distinguishing feature on the reverse is a single die crack that runs through the eagle's beak and onto the left wing.
