Notes:  We might not have rated this coin quite as high as PCGS, but close.  There is a flatness to Lee's coat folds and the bridal as it crosses the holster that we like to see better defined at this grade.  But overall it is probably graded correctly.

There are some interesting flaws in the coin that are beginning to show wear on the obverse.  There is some minor rim cud at 11 o'clock above IN that would indicate the die may be starting to fail.  On the reverse there is some breakdown in the lettering at the rim.  At first we thought this might be on the die, but on further examination is could be a planchet flaw from improper annealing.

There are die cracks on both sides that have slightly unique details and will require more study.
