Notes:  This is not a particularly attractive coin because of the weakness of the strike and the somewhat odd toning.  Although a little more pronounced in the photographs, the coin does have a bronze cast to it.

The die cracks on the reverse would indicate a coin struck near the end of the life of the reverse die.  The wing cracks are typical, almost expected.  But the additional die cracks in LIB and LLAR are more advanced.

A nice coin but not more than this grade and perhaps down a grade because of the unattractive eye appeal.
