Notes:  This was only the second coin to receive the F15 grade from PCGS and we think it is more representative of the grade based on the detail on Traveler and Lee.  On the reverse the rims seem to be more worn.  But we need more examples to prove that case.

If there were die cracks or doubling they seem to be erased from wear.
