Notes:  The discoloration on the reverse of this coin is its dominant feature.  It almost appears to be close to tarnish and does contain some black specks

This issue obscures what is otherwise a really well struck coin on both sides.  Under magnification you  can tell that the lettering on the reverse is full and has not been flattened from the collapsed die we see on many other coins.

There is a small set of die cracks on the bottom of the left wing that matches several other higher grade coins.  We can only distinguish 20 stars on the reverse but this is an issue with color and not strike.  If we Use Photoshop to drop out the color then we can pick up another 10 stars and see the quality of the strike much better.
