Notes:  If not for the discoloration on the obverse this coin should have graded much higher.  The detail is excellent and the die doubling for the FS-101 variety is very clear.  This is a good study coin for recognition of this variety.

This coin must have been produced in the early portion of the die usage because there are no distinguishable die cracks on either side.  Also the stars are nearly complete and the reverse die has not collapsed at the rim.
