Notes:  This coin appears to use the same two dies that were used for 02174824, but this is a later die state.  The obverse shows that same die crack and date doubling.

The reverse die has some of the same die cracks, but others have worn away or been polished off the die.  But the lettering on the die is far more deteriorated with good deal of pitting on the surface.  Also the lettering is showing heavy wear on all sides.

The die collapse we see on other coins is almost complete on this coin with some lettering toward the rim almost flattening to the field surface.
